To evolve Slowpoke into Slowbro, you simply need to level up Slowpoke to level 37. At that level, Slowpoke will automatically evolve into Slowbro
. If you want to evolve Slowpoke into Slowking instead, you need to have Slowpoke hold a King's Rock and then trade it to another player. Upon trading while holding the King's Rock, Slowpoke will evolve into Slowking. Note that once Slowpoke has evolved into Slowbro, it cannot evolve into Slowking
