To find the posts you have liked on Instagram, follow these steps:
- Open the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android device.
- Go to your profile by tapping your profile picture icon at the bottom right.
- Tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) at the top right corner.
- Select Your Activity from the menu.
- Tap Likes (sometimes under Interactions).
- You will see a grid or list of posts, reels, and videos you have liked recently (up to 300 most recent likes).
- You can use filters at the top to sort by date, content type (posts, reels, threads), or specific accounts.
- If desired, you can unlike posts by selecting them and tapping the unlike button.
