To get screen recording on your iPhone, follow these steps:
Enable Screen Recording in Control Center
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap Control Center.
- Scroll to More Controls and find Screen Recording.
- Tap the green plus (+) button next to Screen Recording to add it to your Control Center
How to Record Your Screen
- Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen to open Control Center.
- Tap the Screen Recording button (a circle within a circle). You will see a 3-second countdown before recording starts.
- To record with audio, press and hold (long press) the Screen Recording button, then tap the Microphone icon to turn on microphone audio before starting the recording.
- Exit Control Center to begin recording your screen.
- To stop recording, tap the red status bar at the top of your screen and confirm to stop, or open Control Center again and tap the Screen Recording button
Access and Share Your Recording
- After stopping, the recording is saved automatically to your Photos app.
- Open Photos to view, edit, and share your screen recording like any other video
Note: Some apps may restrict screen recording, and you cannot record your screen while using screen mirroring
