Setup

1. Deal White Cards: Each player draws 10 white cards.
2. Choose the First Card Czar: The Card Czar is the judge for the round. You can pick randomly or the person who most recently did something funny.

Gameplay

1. Card Czar Draws a Black Card: The Card Czar reads the black card aloud. Black cards contain a question or fill-in-the-blank phrase.
2. Players Submit Answers: Each player (except the Card Czar) selects one white card from their hand that they think best answers or completes the black card. They submit it face down to the Card Czar.
3. Card Czar Reads Answers: The Card Czar shuffles the submitted white cards and reads each one aloud in response to the black card.
