- Swipe down from the top-right corner (or swipe up from the bottom on older iPhones) to open Control Center.
- Press and hold the Screen Recording button.

- Tap Start Recording ; a countdown will begin, then the recording starts.
- Exit Control Center and continue your meeting.
- Stop Recording:
- Tap the red status bar at the top of the screen and select Stop , or open Control Center and tap the Screen Recording button again.

How to Record Google Meet on Android
- Start Google Meet:
- Open the Google Meet app and join your meeting.
- Access Screen Recorder:
- Swipe down from the top of your screen twice to open the Quick Settings panel.
- Tap the Screen Recorder icon (may look like a video camera).
- In the screen recording options, enable recording of system sound and microphone to capture meeting audio and your voice.

- Tap the red record button to start recording.
- When finished, swipe down and tap Stop on the Screen Recorder notification.
- The video will be saved in your phone’s gallery or Photos app
Notes:
- Google Meet notifies participants when a recording starts if using the desktop recording feature, but using screen recording on mobile does not trigger this notification.
- Audio recording may be limited on some devices or iOS versions.
- Ensure you have permission from meeting participants before recording.
This method works around Google Meet’s mobile recording restrictions by using native screen recording tools available on your phone
