To schedule an email in Microsoft Outlook, you can follow these steps depending on whether you use the Outlook desktop (classic) version or the Outlook web version:

Scheduling an Email in Outlook Desktop (Classic Version)

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and click New Email to compose a new message.
  2. Draft your email by adding recipients, subject, and message content.
  3. Click on the Options tab in the email window.
  4. Select Delay Delivery in the ribbon.
  5. In the Delivery options section, check the box for Do not deliver before.
  6. Choose the date and time you want the email to be sent.
