To send your location on WhatsApp, follow these steps:
- Open WhatsApp and go to the chat with the person or group you want to share your location with.
- Tap the attachment icon (paperclip on Android or plus sign on iPhone) next to the text input field.
- Select "Location" from the menu.
- You can either:
- Tap "Send Your Current Location" to share your static location, or
- Tap "Share Live Location" to share your real-time location for a selected duration.
- If sharing live location, choose how long you want to share it and optionally add a comment or emoji.
- Tap the send button to share your location.
You may need to enable location permissions for WhatsApp in your phone's settings if prompted. You can stop sharing your live location anytime by going back to the chat and selecting "Stop Sharing"
