To share your screen on Google Meet, follow these steps depending on your device:
On Desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS)
- Join or start a Google Meet meeting.
- At the bottom of the meeting window, click the Present Now button.
- Choose what you want to share:
- Your entire screen : shares everything visible on your desktop.
- A window : shares a specific application window.
- A tab : shares a single Chrome browser tab and can include audio.
- Select the screen, window, or tab you want to share and click Share.
- To stop sharing, click Stop presenting at the bottom right or in the meeting toolbar
On Mobile Devices (Android and iOS)
- Join a Google Meet meeting.
- Tap the three-dot menu icon (More options).
- Select Share screen.
- Confirm by tapping Start sharing (Android) or Start Broadcast (iOS).
- To stop sharing, tap Stop sharing (Android) or Stop Broadcast (iOS)
