You can stop sharing your location without notifying the other person by using one of the following methods on your iPhone:

Turn on Airplane Mode
This disables all wireless connections (cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth), so your location will not update or be shared. The other person will not receive a notification. However, they may see an outdated location if they check your status in apps like Find My or Messages.
To activate, swipe to open Control Center and tap the Airplane icon. -
Turn off "Share My Location" in Find My
Go to Settings > Your Apple ID > Find My and toggle off Share My Location. This stops sharing completely without sending a notification, although the other person might notice you stopped sharing if they check manually. -
Stop Sharing Location for a Specific Contact in Find My
Open the Find My app, go to the People tab, select the contact, and tap Stop Sharing My Location. This will not send them a notification, yet they will see your location is no longer being shared when they check. -
Disable Location Services or Turn off Location Sharing for Specific Apps
Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and either toggle off Location Services altogether or restrict the permission to "Never" or "While Using the App" for specific apps like Find My or Messages. -
Block the Contact
Blocking the contact stops sharing your location with them without notification. However, they may notice they can no longer see your location or messages.
