To tell if your AirPods are charging, check the status light on the charging case:
- If your AirPods are inside the case and the lid is open, the light shows the charge status of the AirPods. An amber (orange) light means the AirPods are currently charging, while a green light means they are fully charged

- If the light flashes amber, it indicates a problem and you may need to reset your AirPods
You can also check the charge status on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac by opening the AirPods case near the device or via Bluetooth settings, where the battery levels of both AirPods and the case will be displayed
