To track your eBay order, follow these steps:
- Find your tracking number
- Log in to your eBay account and go to Purchase History.
- Locate the item you want to track.
- Click on "Track Package" or view the order details to find the tracking number provided by the seller.
- You may also find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email from eBay
- Use the tracking number to check your package status
- Enter the tracking number on eBay’s order tracking page or use third-party tracking services like ParcelsApp, 17TRACK, Ship24, or track.global. These services scan multiple couriers to provide real-time updates on your package location and estimated delivery

- If you don’t have a tracking number
- Check your eBay messages for any shipping updates from the seller.
- Contact the seller directly through eBay to request tracking information.
- Monitor the estimated delivery date in your Purchase History.
- Use eBay’s order status to see if the item is marked as shipped.
- If the item doesn’t arrive by the estimated date, you can open an "Item Not Received" case in eBay’s Resolution Center
- Tracking via the eBay app
- Open the eBay app and tap on My eBay (person icon).
- Select Purchases to see your recent orders.
- Tap Track Package next to the order if tracking details are available
