To turn off a Samsung phone, you have several methods:
Using the Side (Power) Button
- Press and hold the side key (power button) until the power menu appears on the screen.
- Tap Power Off and then confirm by tapping Power Off again to shut down the phone
Using the Quick Settings Panel
- Swipe down with two fingers from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings.
- Tap the Power Icon.
- Select Power Off and confirm to turn off the device
Using Button Combination (for newer models)
- Press and hold the Power (side) button and the Volume Down button simultaneously for a few seconds.
