To turn on Wi-Fi Calling on an iPhone, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on "Phone" (or "Cellular" on some models).
- Tap on "Wi-Fi Calling."
- Toggle on "Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone."
- You may be prompted to enter or confirm an emergency address for 911 calls. Enter the address and tap Save.
- Wait for Wi-Fi Calling to activate. You should then see "Wi-Fi" next to your carrier name in the status bar when connected to Wi-Fi.
This enables your iPhone to make and receive calls over a Wi-Fi network when cellular coverage is weak or unavailable.
