To unblock a contact on iPhone, go to Settings and open Phone , Messages , or FaceTime , then tap Blocked Contacts. Find the person, swipe left on their name, and tap Unblock.

- Swipe left on the contact or tap Edit.

Another way
If the number is in your recent calls, open the Phone app, tap Recents , tap the i next to the number, then scroll down and tap Unblock this Caller.

The exact menu can vary a little by iOS version, but the blocked list is still found in the app settings for Phone, Messages, or FaceTime.
