Fabuloso is not considered fully safe for cats. Its chemical ingredients such as Sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLS), and Glutaraldehyde can cause skin irritation, gastrointestinal issues if ingested through grooming, and respiratory problems from inhaling vapors. If cats walk on freshly cleaned floors and lick their paws, they may experience vomiting, diarrhea, or respiratory irritation. Prolonged or concentrated exposure can be harmful. To minimize risks, it is recommended to dilute Fabuloso properly according to label instructions, keep cats away from cleaned surfaces until they are completely dry, rinse surfaces well to remove residues, and ventilate the area during and after cleaning. If accidental ingestion of concentrated product occurs, veterinary attention is needed. Using pet-safe or natural alternatives is advised for cat owners for safer cleaning.
