It is not naturally possible to be born with pink hair. Human hair color is determined by genetics and the pigments produced in the body, such as melanin, which range in colors like brown, black, blonde, and red, but do not naturally include bright colors like pink. Pink hair pigment does not exist in the human body, so pink hair can only be achieved artificially through hair dye or genetic engineering, not naturally at birth. While evolutionary or genetic engineering possibilities cannot be entirely ruled out in the far future, natural pink hair at birth is not currently possible.
