There will not be a season 4 of "The Summer I Turned Pretty." The show, based on Jenny Han's trilogy of novels, concluded its story with season 3, as there is no fourth book to adapt. Creator Jenny Han has stated that "three books, three seasons" feels right, and the series has run out of source material. However, there is news of a feature-length movie in the works, continuing the story in a different format. There are no current plans for a spin-off or a season 4, but Han is open to future storytelling if the right idea comes along.
