Rare Beauty Kind Words Matte Lip Liner is reviewed to be 91% top allergen-free and free of gluten, nickel, preservatives, and lanolin. The formula has an almost buttery creamy feel with a matte finish. The lip liner is matte but still glides on the lips with a nice smooth feel. It is a tiny bit tacky feeling to the touch once applied on the lips but it does dry down to a smooth matte. The lasting power is very good. In terms of lip liner formula comparisons, the Huda Beauty and Makeup By Mario formulas are better.
