A bull named Howdy Doody was spotted in an unusual spot on a highway in Nebraska: riding shotgun in the passenger seat of a car. The vehicle was a modified Ford Crown Victoria with its roof and windshield partially removed to accommodate the massive Watusi bull. A yellow cattle gate was attached to the side of the car to keep the bull inside, causing one side of the car to dip under the animal's weight. The sighting occurred in Norfolk, Nebraska, and the driver, Lee Meyer, was pulled over by police after a 911 call reported a cow in a car, initially assumed to be a small calf. Upon seeing the full-sized bull, officers issued a written warning and asked Meyer to take Howdy Doody back home
