Medbeds, short for "medical beds" or "meditation beds," are a conspiracy theory about beds that allegedly can cure any condition, regenerate limbs, reverse aging, and heal virtually any ailment. These claims are not scientifically supported and are widely regarded as pseudoscience. The theory gained traction in far-right communities and conspiracy circles, including claims that these beds exist secretly in military tunnels and are hidden by governments or deep-state actors. Some companies market devices under the name "medbeds," but these often come with disclaimers that they do not treat or diagnose illnesses. The concept remains fictional and has no credible scientific validation. Recently, President Donald Trump shared (then deleted) an AI-generated video promoting "medbeds," which added to public discussion despite the technology's nonexistence.
