- Body composition: the proportion of fat, muscle, and bone in the body.
- Flexibility: the range of motion of a joint or group of joints.
- Power: the ability to exert maximum muscular contraction instantly in an explosive burst of movements.
- Speed: the ability to move quickly from one point to another.
- Agility: the ability to change direction quickly and accurately.
- Balance: the ability to maintain a stable body position.
- Coordination: the ability to use different parts of the body together smoothly and efficiently.
- Reaction time: the ability to respond quickly to a stimulus.
- Accuracy: the ability to control movement in a given direction or at a given intensity.
