Nemo, the main character in the movie "Finding Nemo," is a clownfish. Clownfish are known for living in anemones to protect themselves from predators, and in exchange, the anemones get food (fish waste) and another line of defense. Additionally, Dory, another prominent character in the movie, is a blue tang fish. Both species are native to the coral reefs of the western Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean. Therefore, Nemo is a clownfish and Dory is a blue tang fish.
