The bands sound has been described as post-hardcore, metalcore, hard rock, pop punk, rap metal, electronica, glam metal, and emo. Falling in Reverses earlier music has a classic emo/scene sound that mixed energetic rock with pop choruses. The bands second album, Fashionably Late, included hip hop and electronic elements with the addition of rapping.
