Abby Phillip, CNNs senior political correspondent and anchor of Inside Politics Sunday, was promoted to host at 10 p.m. on CNN, filling the nearly year-old vacancy in Don Lemon's former slot. She also hosts Inside Politics Sunday, an hour-long program featuring a panel of top-tier political analysts. CNN revamped its program lineup, with new roles for Abby Phillip, Laura Coates, Christiane Amanpour, and Chris Wallace. Abby Phillip's new show will be based out of New York. She joined CNN in 2017 to cover the Trump Administration and served as White House Correspondent through 2019. In January 2020, she moderated CNN's Democratic Presidential Debate in Iowa. Abby and her husband have been together for over a decade, and tied the knot in 2018. They live in Washington D.C., but will now be moving to New York.
