Arkansas defensive back Kani Walker suffered a scary-looking injury during the Arkansas vs. Ole Miss game on September 13, 2025. Medical staff tended to him on the field for several minutes, removed his helmet, and then took him off on a stretcher. He was transported to a nearby hospital as a precaution but was reported to have movement in his limbs and was communicating by giving a thumbs-up as he left the field.
