According to recent news reports, Keke Palmer has obtained a temporary restraining order against her former partner, Darius Jackson, after alleging domestic violence. Palmer has also requested sole custody of their 8-month-old son, Leodis, and has accused Jackson of physically attacking her multiple times over the past two years, including most recently the previous weekend. She has described multiple instances of physical and emotional abuse in writing and provided security camera video stills as evidence. The footage allegedly shows Jackson physically assaulting Palmer in her home, including lunging for her neck, striking her, throwing her over the couch, and stealing her phone when she told him she was going to call the police. Palmer has requested no contact from Jackson and for him to stay at least 100 yards away. She does not want Jackson to be granted visitation rights, nor does she ask for child support, per court documents.
