Randy Roth was a convicted murderer and thief from Washington. He was found guilty of killing his fourth wife, Cynthia Baumgartner Roth, at Lake Sammamish in 1991, and was suspected of murdering his second wife, Janis Roth, in 1981, but was never tried. In both deaths, he was the only witness. Roth was also convicted of stealing in the form of defrauding insurers and the Social Security.
