Raych Foss is a character in the Foundation series. According to the Empires public records, Raych refused to give a reason for the murder of Hari Seldon. However, in reality, Raych killed Hari Seldon on Hari's own orders, as Hari believed his death was essential to his plan for the future and the success of the Foundation. Raych is found and arrested by the others on the ship, and it is believed that he and Gaal murdered Hari. He is executed for his supposed crime.
