The most likely answer is that Clone Infection! on Roblox is still up , and what happened is probably just confusion with other old “infection” games on Roblox that were removed years ago. A Roblox listing for Clone Infection! is currently available, with the game description still active and recent third-party game pages also referencing it as playable.
What seems to have happened
A lot of people mix up Clone Infection! with older Roblox infection games that were shut down, especially games tied to the “Changed” controversy. Those older games were removed by Roblox, and community pages describe them as deleted or reworked under new names.
Clone Infection! itself is a different game. The available listings describe it as a round-based infection game where one player infects others until everyone becomes a clone, which suggests the title is an active experience rather than a vanished one.
Why the confusion exists
“Infection” has become a broad label on Roblox, so players often use it to mean several unrelated games. That makes it easy for rumors about one shutdown to get attached to another title, especially when older games disappear or get renamed.
There are also newer posts and guides about Clone Infection!, which can make the game look like it has been refreshed, updated, or rediscovered rather than removed.
The reliable takeaway
If you mean the Roblox game called Clone Infection! , the evidence points to it being still available , not deleted. If you mean an older Roblox “infection” game with a similar name, that may be one of the titles that was removed during Roblox moderation actions around Changed-related content.
