A park model RV is a type of recreational vehicle designed for longer periods of stay in a trailer park setting. They are used for camping and seasonal use as temporary accommodations and offer more space than any other RV type. Although considered recreational vehicles, park model homes are transportable and primarily designed for long-term or permanent living. They are unique towable RVs designed to provide temporary living quarters for recreational, seasonal, camping, or travel use. Park models are essentially cabins built on a single trailer chassis. They are stationary structures laid out in the same manner as an RV and can be rented at an RV park.
