An assembly constituency is a geographical area that elects a representative to the legislative assembly of a state or union territory in India. The voter ID card, also known as the Elector Photo Identity Card (EPIC), contains the voters name, picture, ID number, home address, and the voter's electoral district and assembly constituency on the back. If a person moves their residence to another assembly/parliamentary constituency, they must register afresh as a voter in the new assembly constituency, and a new card is issued to them. To know your assembly constituency, you can enter your locality on the Chief Electoral Officer, Delhi website. If you need to change your assembly constituency, you can fill out Form 6 and submit it online.
