Automix is a feature on Spotify that allows for smooth transitions between songs in a playlist. It does so by crossfading songs, skipping intros and outros, and even looping some end sections of a song to offer a smoother transition between songs. Automix is available on some exclusive Spotify playlists, and it can be enabled or disabled on Desktop, iOS, or Android devices. To enable or disable Automix on iOS or Android, head to Home > Settings > Playback' in the Spotify app and toggle 'Automix'. On desktop devices, click on your profile name and choose for Settings, click 'Show advanced settings', and under Playback, toggle 'Automix - Enable smooth transitions between songs in a playlist'. If you want to turn off Automix, you can follow the same steps and toggle the feature off.
