Bicep length is the measurement of the circumference of the upper arm, specifically the bicep muscle. The measurement is taken around the fullest part of the bicep, which is generally about 2-3 inches down from the armpit. It is important to use a soft tailor tape measure to take the measurement and to not flex the bicep during the measurement. The measurement should be taken a few times and both arms should be measured as the dominant arm may be slightly bigger.
