"Blues" is a street name for oxycodone, which is a prescription drug used to relieve moderate and severe pain. However, much of what’s sold on the street is comprised of counterfeit pills, and as many as 6 in 10 of the “Blues” pills or oxycodone tablets available on the street contains a lethal amount of fentanyl. "Ts and Blues" is a combination of pentazocine and tripelennamine that is abused intravenously. It is important to note that these drugs can cause serious medical complications and addiction. The abuse of "Blues" and other opioids is a growing concern due to their potency and association with opioid abuse.
