BRP stands for Bombardier Recreational Products, a Canadian company that manufactures snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, side by sides, motorcycles, personal watercraft, and marine propulsion systems. The company was founded in 2003 when the Recreational Products Division of Bombardier Inc. was spun off and sold to a group of investors. BRP operates manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Finland, Austria, and Australia, and has a total workforce close to 23,000 people.
