Carpool Karaoke is a recurring segment on The Late Late Show with James Corden, in which host James Corden invites famous musical guests to sing along to their songs with him whilst traveling in a car. The segment has been incredibly influential to the current state of the entertainment industry. The popularity of the segment led to the creation of a TV series adaptation called Carpool Karaoke: The Series, which premiered on Apple Music on August 9, 2017. In each episode of the series, celebrities ride along and sing along as they visit places meaningful to the celebrity, sing tunes from their personal playlists, and surprise fans who don’t expect to see big stars belting out tunes one lane over. The series has three seasons, with a total of 49 episodes.
