Climb Hire is a national up-skilling non-profit organization that helps low- income and overlooked working adults break into new careers. They provide a learning community and new tech skills, peer mentorship, and career services to support individuals in landing new roles. The program length is 16-30 weeks, and it includes a split curriculum of technical skills and soft skills training, a real-world capstone project, and mentoring events with industry professionals. After securing a stable, salaried role, alumni help pay for the next Climber to have the same experience for $150 per month for four years
