Fresh air is defined as cool, unpolluted air in natural surroundings. It is generally considered healthy to breathe fresh air, as it contains more oxygen and fewer pollutants than indoor air. Exercising in fresh air can cause us to breathe deeply, taking in more oxygen and expelling stale air from our lungs, which can result in more energy and a better mood. However, it is important to note that fresh air does not exist everywhere, and in some cities, the air is so polluted that bags of "fresh air" are taken there so people can take a breath of it.
