Live TV streaming IPTV allows users to watch their favorite programs as they air without any delays or buffering, while time-shifted IPTV allows users to watch previously aired programs at a later time.
IPTV content is often delivered over a managed or dedicated network, like Digital Subscriber Line connectivity, which gives network operators more control over the video traffic and the ability to ensure quality of service, uptime, and scalability.
