JUMP! 2.0 is a program offered by T-Mobile that allows customers to upgrade their devices. With JUMP! 2.0, customers can upgrade to a new device as soon as they find one with features they love, such as a bigger screen, better camera, or more memory. The program also provides protection for the device while its in the customers possession. Under JUMP! 2.0, customers are eligible for an upgrade as long as their current device is at least 50% paid off and enrolled in Protection<360> . Once eligible, customers can upgrade and trade in their current device and get full credit for all remaining payments on the current device. Up to half the cost of the original device can be applied towards the new device, resulting in deeply discounted new device pricing. The transition to JUMP! 2.0 took place on October 6, 2022, for customers who were previously on the JUMP! 1.0 program. Customers can request JUMP benefits by visiting a participating T-Mobile location, calling T-Mobile Care, or upgrading via the T-Mobile website. Web upgrades are not available for Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands customers.
