According to Kohls official website, the Kohls Return Policy allows customers to return most merchandise purchased in-store and online at Kohls.com for up to 180 days after the original purchase date, with or without a receipt. However, there are some exceptions to this policy. Premium electronics and watches must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and a valid receipt or account lookup. Beauty purchases, including Sephora at Kohls or Wellness Market, must be new or in gently used condition and must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt or account/tender lookup. During the holiday season, premium electronics, watches, and Sephora at Kohls items purchased after November 1 can be returned until January 31. Items purchased in-store must be returned to a Kohls store, and customers can visit the customer service counter with the original receipt or an associate can look up the customers original tender/account information to receive a refund or an even exchange. Customers can also return Kohls Marketplace products either directly to the certified partner by attaching the return shipping label to the repackaged product and dropping it off at the nearest shipping center or to the nearest Kohls store.
