The service flow of the tourism supply chain involves the planning, allocation of resources, delivery, recycling, decomposition, and repairs of services. The tourism supply chain is complex and involves many components, including accommodation, transport, excursions, bars and restaurants, handicrafts, and food production. Supply chain management (SCM) has become an important area of research for academics and practitioners in the tourism industry, but it has not received as much attention as in other industries. The principles of SCM in manufacturing are different from those in the service industry, where the purpose is to deliver better customer service rather than reducing cycle time, inventory, and logistics costs. When analyzing the tourism supply chain, it is necessary to consider its structure, strategies, concepts, and other auxiliary services related to the tourism industry. The service supply chain of education tourism is more complex than that of goods supply chain management due to the coexistence of overlapping service objectives for education and tourism.
