In UNO, the Shuffle Hands card is a special card that was introduced in late 2019. When this card is played, the player who played it must collect all the cards from all the remaining players. They then shuffle the deck and redeal the cards to everyone. This card is not available in every version of UNO, and it does not appear in older card sets.
The official UNO Twitter account has confirmed that you can end the game on a Shuffle Hands card, but you wont win. The remaining players' cards are redistributed after the shuffle.
