Silver Medallion status is the entry-level tier in Delta's elite status program, offering various benefits to make travel more comfortable and easier for SkyMiles members who have earned 25,000 MQMs or 30 MQSs and 3,000 MQDs

- Complimentary first-class upgrades on domestic and short-haul international flights from 24 hours

To maintain Silver Medallion status, members must continue to earn the required number of Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs), Medallion Qualification Segments (MQSs), and Medallion Qualification Dollars (MQDs) every year
