Its also worth mentioning that after ejaculation, sperm can take 14 hours to 5 days to reach the egg, depending on the womans ovulation cycle. Some women might feel the implantation of the egg in the form of slight cramps or light bleeding, but its unlikely that one would feel the sperm reaching the egg or fertilizing it.
