Ursula is a villainous sea witch and the main antagonist in Disney's 1989 animated feature film "The Little Mermaid." She is a Cecaelian sea witch who offers a mermaid princess named Ariel a temporary opportunity to become human so she can earn the love of Prince Eric. Ursula is flamboyantly and maliciously devious, making deals where it's nearly impossible for the other party to keep up their end of the bargain. She lives in a derelict sea serpent carcass under the sea with her henchmen eels, Flotsam and Jetsam, and helps mermaids get what they want by making magical deals with them. Ursula is voiced by actress Pat Carroll
