WWE Main Event is an American professional wrestling television program produced by WWE. It premiered on October 3, 2012, and features mid-to-low-card talent from WWEs Raw brand as well as talents from NXT. The hour-long program is broadcast on Peacock in the US and features matches, interviews, and other segments related to professional wrestling. The show was initially taped prior to SmackDown but was moved to Raw after the premiere of WWE Network's 205 Live. The show is not developmental like NXT and is not connected to Raw/Smackdown storylines. The show is considered the company's "C-show".
