A zero figure is a term used to describe a very small and thin body type, typically characterized by a slim waist, narrow hips, and a small bust size. The standards size zero is 31 inches for the bust, 23 inches for the waist, and 32 inches for the hips. Achieving this size is extremely difficult and requires unrealistic workout regimes and diets. The concept of a zero figure body is quite popular in Bollywood. However, aiming for a size zero is far from healthy since it will cause issues related to being underweight and strip the body of the energy it needs to function. Women who deprive themselves of nutritious food do not realize that being underweight has ample of side effects and obliviously aim for a zero size figure.
