Yoda and Yaddle were both members of the Jedi Council, and Grogu is a child from Yodas species who is also extremely Force-sensitive. Despite the lack of an official name for Yodas species, fans have come up with a placeholder name for them, referring to them as "Tridactyls" based on the number of fingers and toes they have.
