In Cyberpunk 2077's Phantom Liberty expansion, during the "Prototype in the Scraper" gig, you will encounter Hasan, a thief who has stolen a prototype. You have the option to let Hasan go free or turn him over to Zetatech
. From both a moral and practical standpoint, letting Hasan go free is the best choice to make in this side gig
. Here are the steps to follow:
- Make your way through the scav base in Longshore Stacks
- Be wary of netrunners
- Get the jail cell code from the computer
- Head downstairs and talk to the prisoner
- Follow Hasan
- Escape via the scav bridge
- Call Mr. Hands
- Let Hasan go free or give him back to Zetatech
- Give the schematics to Mr. Hands
If you choose to let Hasan go, you will receive the opportunity to pick up a cool new gadget, as well as the consequences of your chosen fate for Hasan
. Later in the game, you will get a message from Mr. Hands telling you that Hasan wants to meet, which will start a new quest called "Go Your Own Way"
. This quest ends with you picking up a new tech pistol
. Keep in mind that the choice you make here is purely role-play, and there are no right or wrong answers
